Review

• Our midterm exam on Thursday will cover mostly what we have done since the first midterm exam, with a little bit from earlier. In the book, that is section 16.7 in chapter 16, then chapters 17, 18, and 19.
• I recommend going over the first midterm and the quizzes to ensure that you understand anything that you missed. I would study the lecture notes and the book. At the end of each chapter, there are review questions, a conceptual self test, and a collection of problems. (The problems have one, two, or three dots. The ones with three dots are pretty challenging.)
• We will spend some time going over quiz questions and reviewing what we have learned so far. This list of formulas in .pdf format may help. (I suppose that your computers can display pdf documents. It is pretty standard by now, and it's better than html for formulas.)
