Properties of Stars

• We finish our exploration of properties of stars. Specifically, we study how we determine the masses of stars. [Cf. CM Ch. 17 on the stars.]
• Then we turn to star birth. We start by exploring galaxies a little and we look at gas clouds in our galaxy. This leads to a study of the study of the interstellar medium and what it is made of. [Cf. CM Ch. 18 on the interstellar medium.]
