DETECTOR CONCEPT OUTLINES (draft of specification for detector outlines, to be discussed now and finalized at Snowmass in August, 2005) The detector concept outlines should give an overall picture of each concept, both as input to the R&D group's work, and as a basis for the "detector volume" of the GDE documentation requested for the end of 2006. It is suggested that these outlines should be circulated in draft form at least 2 weeks before the LCWS in Bangalore, 9-14 March 2006.
