Biophysics Journal Club

What is Biophysics Journal Club? A weekly gathering of graduate students, postdocs, and faculty interested in (or curious about) biophysics. At each meeting, someone presents a talk on a recent journal article on some biophysical topic (*not* his or her own work) which hopefully leads to discussion and enlightenment. It's a painless way to learn about new developments in biophysics, and a fun way to spend an hour a week. We'll define biophysics very broadly, encompassing aspects of biomechanics, biomaterials, and more.

How do you join? Come to Willamette 350 Fridays at noon. To be added to the email list, email Raghu (raghu [at] uoregon.edu).

Journal Club's Winter 2007 quarter kicks off Friday, January 19 (see below)!
